Bug fixes

While we'd like to think we never create bugs, they sometimes do occur, and we are committed to quickly resolving bugs native to our work at no additional cost.

Availability for / accessibility to support and consulting

When you go on vacation, even though you are not using your utilities, there is still some expense incurred to "keep the lights on" and "the water running." The same holds true for your ecommerce site. We've set up a couple monthly support options that provide support availability and peace of mind that you have a go to expert on your team to handle situations that arise. All support plan subscribers enjoy no minimum billings on work requests.

Hands on work

Any work or support requests are billed hourly. This includes time for discovery, consulting, design, programming and general hosting assistance.

For clients requiring more resources

We offer a retainer program as well. Click to learn more.

Support Option 1:

This option includes basic support availability and no minimums on support and work requests. Recommended for all clients who need a reliable support channel.

Support Option 2

With more built in time each month, this option gives you comfortable assurance of available support with anything related to your storefront.

Support Option 3

For higher traffic and continually evolving sites, we recommend Option 3.
