Vibe Commerce views support in three ways:
Bug fixes
While we'd like to think we never create bugs, they sometimes do occur, and we are committed to quickly resolving bugs native to our work at no additional cost.
Availability for / accessibility to support and consulting
When you go on vacation, even though you are not using your utilities, there is
still some expense incurred to "keep the lights on" and "the water running." The
same holds true for your ecommerce site. We've set up a couple monthly support options
that provide support availability and peace of mind that you have a go to expert
on your team to handle situations that arise. All support plan subscribers enjoy
no minimum billings on work requests.

Hands on work
Any work or support requests are billed hourly. This includes time for discovery, consulting, design, programming and general hosting assistance.
- Support availability plan subscribers:
- Billing is first deducted from time included in plan, then billed at standard rates. No minimums.
- Non subscribers:
- Work requests are billed at time and materials rates, with a 3-hour minimum per request
Support Option 1: Basic
- Cost: $75/month (1 domain)
- No contract: monthly, paid in advance
- Includes:
- Availability for support / consulting / project discovery
- 1 support incident included
- No minimum billings on work and support
- No cost AspDotNetStorefront bug fixing
- 10% off Vibe Commerce Add-On products
- Basecamp project management (additional $10/mo)
- Monthly site review (additional $40/mo)
This option includes basic support availability and no minimums on support and work requests. Recommended for all clients who need a reliable support channel.
Support Option 2: Complete
- Cost: $150/month (1-3 domains)
- No contract: monthly, paid in advance
- Includes:
- Availability for support / consulting / project discovery
- 1 hour of support / consulting / project discovery included (or 4-5 incidents)
- No minimum billings on work and support
- No cost AspDotNetStorefront bug fixing
- 20% off Vibe Commerce Add-On products
- Basecamp project management
- Monthly site review (additional $40/mo)
With more built in time each month, the Complete plan gives you comfortable assurance of available support with anything related to your storefront.
Support Option 3: Premier
- Cost: $300/month (1-3 domains)
- No contract: monthly, paid in advance
- Includes:
- Availability for support / consulting / project discovery
- 2 hours of support / consulting / project discovery included (or 9-10 incidents)
- No minimum billings on work and support
- No cost AspDotNetStorefront bug fixing
- 30% off Vibe Commerce Add-On products
- Basecamp project management
- Optional staging site hosting with code repository
- Monthly site review
Our Premier support option gives you a great layer of support availability, efficient project workflow and security with a hosted staging server and code repository. A monthly site review will ensure that you are keeping up with security best practices, notified of upcoming changes or available upgrades, and a general monitoring of the health of your site.
